Penetration Site for 2” Fuel and Heat Lines Into Pump House

2” Fuel Line In Ditch From Pump House, 2” Heat Line, and magnesium Anode For CP were also installed in this Ditch Line.

Narrative Summary Project No. 216 -06 Work Completed as of 10/30/2006 • Bulk Fuel Tanks 1, 2, and 4 Cleaned and inspected. Work in Progress with completion prior to end of 2006 • • 2” Fuel and Heat Lines From Tank Farm To Power Plant-Both Lines Are installed From Pump House to Trough Outside Power Plant, awaiting remainder of parts to arrive before completion. Comp. By 11/15/2006. Plate Packs Have been replaced in Heat exchanger, and replacement piping has been spooled up for the superior side cooling system. Comp. By 12/01/2006. Work to be completed in Spring of 2007 Due to materials arriving on last barge. • 6” Fuel line ext. from Header to new city all tide dock. Comp. -6/15/07.

Work to be completed in 2007 -Cont. • Replace Tank Farm Liner Comp. By 7/15/2007. • Install Pad Mount Transformers for Station Service. Comp. By 8/15/2007. • Install 2 Ea. Caterpillar 3512 C Generator sets, Units 14 and 15. ( Units ordered 10/17/2006. Expected Arrival 7/2007. Installed by 12/01/2007. Projects are on schedule and on Budget. As of 10/30/2007.
