Service: reminders Sending messages to the future is a way of reminding people. To put it simply: a Noubli reminder is an email to be sent to somebody in the future. Anybody can set up reminders to him/herself or to somebody else.
Service: tasks • A Noubli task is something (be it called a task, a bidding, an order, or an assignment) assigned by one person (the "supervisor") to another person (the "undertaker") to be done by a certain future date. • The main objective of the Noubli task is to help remind all participants of a task when should do what.
Service: tasks Noubli uses the concept of reminders to manage tasks: 1. Several days before the due date of a task, the system will automatically send a warning to the undertaker of the task that a task will be due soon; 2. On the due date, the system will automatically send a message to the task supervisor asking him to check on this task; Thus, no task will ever be forgotten!
Service: issues on records • When somebody foresees a potential problem in the future. • Or a known problem that can only be tackled in the future. We can make an issue and put it on records now. In a designated future “awakening time” the system will automatically remind certain concerned parties to take heed of this issue again.
Service: schedule Schedules are records of on what date time (in the future) who will be doing what. • They are passively “on records” to be retrieved; (unlike reminders which will actively send out notices on due dates) • They are basis for arranging itineraries (for meetings, leaves, etc. )
Service: meetings Noubli offers a comprehensive meeting management: • Before the meeting it will help finding schedule conflicts and it will notify all participants about the "time, place, and purpose" of a meeting.
