Notice that the tool groups are now stacked one on top of the other instead of side by side as in the previous screen. A divider line appears to the left of each tool group. Right click and lock the toolbar and these lines will disappear.

Vendors was selected. All vendors displayed on the screen. Click on the plus sign next to Add Filter. Continued on next screen.

Using the drop downs, City was selected then the remaining choices were either selected from drop downs or manually keyed in, then the arrow was clicked.

A new list named Some. Cities appears under Vendors. Click the list title drop down and select Customize.

The list view customization screen appears. Click the columns arrow, select or deselect columns, use Move Up/Down to organize sequence.

Use the Lot Category Setup window to create and maintain lot categories, a method for grouping lotnumbered items according to a similar characteristic. For instance, lots are commonly created for items such as fabrics, carpets and wallpaper to group items that were created at the same time using the same dye or ink. You also can create lot categories for tracking items to be used by or sold by a particular date. Lot attributes are used when entering adjustments to further identify the lot-numbered item you've received. You don't have to use all the lot categories to track items if you don't want to.
