Commercial Foodservice Equipment • Our kitchen is equipped with the same modern commercial cooking equipment featured in hotels, restaurants, and commercial food service operations.
Hands – on cooking experience Our students, under the guidance of our culinary faculty, prepare a variety of foods using a wide range of culinary methods and techniques.
Personalized Instruction Our experienced culinary staff interact closely with our students to provide personalized instruction.
Culinary Arts Certificate Program o We offer a 1 – year certificate program, with full – time study, in culinary arts. o These classes will apply towards our 2 – year associate degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Hotel Management, and Nutrition.
