Step 3: Enrich n Chemical companies should o mandate transportation only by GPS enabled trucks o add manufacturing sites, warehouses & customers as geo fences o create road safety profile(s); define, speed, drive & rest time, deviations etc. o define precise transportation routes and assign safety profile(s) to each o assign vehicles on trip along defined routes and review performance on CORSA n Transporters should o add driver details; personal and professional details with evidences o add vehicle details; insurance, permits, approvals with evidences n Emergency Services should add geo tagged services such as police, fire, hospital, ambulance, crane, tank cleaning facility, Haz. Mat response team with accurate details n Professional Experts as level 2 and level 3 volunteer responders should register, mark their geo location and provide contact information details of expertise
