NET application will be easily developed/maintained by inhouse staff ® Software upgrades are no longer horribly expensive or problematic ® User’s access will be greatly improved ® Connectivity becomes less of an issue ® Incorporation of OVS, NCHS standard revisions, NCHS/NAPHSIS use case modeling ® Inclusion of certifying physician
