TEMPUS IV (2007 -2013) Overall objectives: • To establish an area of cooperation in the field of HE. • To promote voluntary convergence with EU HE developments deriving from the Lisbon agenda and the Bologna process. ERASMUS MUNDUS II (2009 -13) DRAFT! This new generation of ERASMUS MUNDUS (EM) is in preparation! Overall objective: To enhance the quality of European HE by fostering cooperation with third countries in order to improve the development of human resources and to promote dialogue and understanding between peoples and cultures.
