Neighbourhood Development Plans • • • Form part of Local Development Plan Deal with Neighbourhood Development Plans • • • Form part of Local Development Plan Deal with land use issues Not compulsory Cannot be used to stop development General conformity with strategic policies Produced by Parish Councils

Community Infrastructure Levy • Parishes will adopted Neighbourhood Development Plan will receive 25% of Community Infrastructure Levy • Parishes will adopted Neighbourhood Development Plan will receive 25% of CIL • Parishes without Neighbourhood Development Plans will receive 15% of CIL • Money to be spend on local community infrastructure priorities
