NHRS – a functional definition 1. Capacity building demand, commission, manage, partner, conduct, communicate and use research; at individual, institutional and system levels; institution building; building systems – not just projects 4. Knowledge generation, translation conducting high quality research, publishing the findings… the ‘research process’ 5.
