A DESCRIPTION OF HOW THE REPLACEMENT OF CUSTOMER-OWNED LEAD SERVICE LINES WILL BE ACCOMPLISHED IN CONJUNCTION WITH DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM INFRASTRUCTURE REPLACEMENT PROJECTS. • •
