Nastia is a contradictory personality. She has a lot of hidden traits. She can laugh till ache and speak on intellectual and serious topics.
Nastia is a dominance leader! She is inspirational - can do the things on the spur of the moment - a person of many parts - to devote a part of herself to everything dh does - ideas, which stir the imagination - to have outlandish suggestions
She is a result – oriented developer - to be obsessed with everything she does - to make logic-driven decisions - to encourage the minds of her team to jump the rails - To have a win-win strategy - to keep herself to herself, but to play the part in the case
She is creative - to have plenty of ideas - to portray every character - to give a magnificent performance - to cope with changing teaching methods - to introduce her own style of teaching - to share the interest with the children - everything is the venue for her creative labours
But… In her strives to achieve perfection and capture for all interests, Nastia can be so hard on herself. Sometimes she can be to self-critical. Nastia is a prodigy. But people are different and sometimes she can exept more than the members of her team may give. Sometimes she may be too strict to them. A dominance leader may become autocratic. And the members of the team may be under the pressure. But Nastia is not a dictator and she won`t establish a personality cult =)
