How to Register with ASN q Registering for the ASN allows vendors to create an electronic invoice online and send these invoices back to the state q Basic Registration - Register at http: //supplier. ariba. com and click on the "Register Here" button in the middle of the screen. Follow the online instructions. Note that basic registration requires a DUNS number.
