My favourite group is The Pretty Reckless It

My favourite group is The Pretty Reckless. It is American rock group which appeared in October 2008. This group is not known but quickly gaining popularity. It consist of 4 people: Taylor Momsen, Ben Phillips, Mark Damon and Jamie Perkins.

The most famous member is Taylor Momsen, leader of the group. Also she is model and actress. I think, Taylor is very talented. She writes own lyrics and composes music. Many people consider her a new Courtney Love.

The Pretty Reckless recorded 1 album, 2 mini-album and 5 singles. Debut album “Light me up” was released 31 August 2010. First and the most famous single “Make me wanna die” was released 13 May 2010 and took first place in the UK Rock Chart. In 2014 group will release a new album “Going to Hell”.

Their songs speak about internal world people, about positive and negative quality. But they have funny and lungs tunes. Such groups as Marilyn Manson, The Beatles, Nirvana, Oasis influenced style The Pretty Reckless.

First world tour The Pretty Reckless “Light Me Up Tour” lasted from 25 June 2010 to 3 October 2011. In 2012 group toured on America. Now they tour on North America.

I think, songs The Pretty Reckless are worth listening to. They have achieved a great success within a shot period of time and quickly are make one’s way to stage. I like many their songs, so it is difficult to choose the most favourite.
