Junior, Alina Maksimenko made at the European Championships in 2006. Together with Valeria Shurhal and Daria Kushnerova in the team all-around took fourth place, and in the final exercise with skipping rope - the sixth. In 2008 Maksimenko in the group participated in the Summer Olympic Games in Beijing, China. The girls won the final in eighth place. Since 2009, Alina began to act in the individual standings.
