Syllabus • Materials – – Calculator: Buy a TI 30 Multiview or TI 36 Pro Paper, Pencils, Binder At least 3 Dry Erase Markers A Composition Book or Spiral Notebook (at least 70 pages) – Optional: scissors, glue stick, tape, crayons/markers for interactive notebook • Teacher “Wish List” • Tissues • Hand Sanitizer • Dry Erase Markers
Syllabus • Absences – Check my blog the night you are absent and check the crate the day you come back • Missed tests/quizzes – test must be made up the next day if you are only absent 1 day, otherwise you have as many days to make up as you missed • Grading – The algebra and supportions are separate – Algebra is “standards based” grading – Support is “efforts based” grading

Classroom Rules 1. Be on time and prepared for class. 2. Raise your hand wait for permission to speak. 3. Raise your hand wait for permission to leave your seat. 4. Be respectful of yourself, other students and the school. 5. Follow directions the first time they are given.
Procedures • Sharpen pencils at the beginning of class. • Have your work out and ready when the bell rings • Start working on the warm up without being told to do so • During warm up, you may get your calculator and table supplies if necessary • No food in class • Throw trash away on your way out of class.
