MPRN Creation overview Shipper Identifies a site without an existing MPRN Shipper receives QMR, QMJ files throughout day via IX QCL after 8 pm Shipper views response on Con. Quest Shipper Submits MNC via Con. Quest UIP has a new connection & requires new MPRN UIP receives QMR, QMJ, QCL files the following AM via email UIP submits FOM via Con. Quest (inc. allocated MPRN) Requests rec’d & validated/DUP checks undertaken Xoserve create/reject MPRN as necessary APPENDIX UIP: FOM: MNC: Con. MPRN Creation process - FOM Customer Shipper Developer End Consumer Xoserve notify UIP MPRN set up allocate batches of MPRN’s to requesting UIP’s Customer requests service quote xoserve validate & create MPRN on UK Link UIP produces quote UIP notifies customer & Xoserve of allocated MPRN UIP confirms job acceptance & allocates MPRN Customer accepts quote SOS 95% of requests to be resolved within D+1
