Mission: Review the operating budget to ensure that it complies with the financial policies set by the Board of Trustees and advise the Board on matters concerning the financial health of the Association.
Mission: Advise the Board on governance structure and issues. Develop leaders within the Association through leadership training and coaching.
Mission: Recruit new members; promote Association benefits to all members to ensure satisfaction and retention; increase member involvement; and analyze member needs and identify benefits and service solutions.
Mission: Elevate the regional industry’s workforce by determining education and training needs; determining standards; and evaluating programs.
Mission: Influence legislative, regulatory, and policy changes required to strengthen the domestic tooling and manufacturing industry.
Mission: Assist members in developing marketing initiatives.
Mission: Provide industry specific human resources and safety expertise by reviewing current issues, sharing knowledge, and offering learning and professional development opportunities.
Mission: Determine programs to deliver to members to enhance members’ business acumen and success.
Mission: Coordinate activities for the social enjoyment of members and to raise money for DTMA and the DTMA Education Foundation.
