MIPT Interdisciplinary Center for Basic Research AFM/MFM Atto. Dry 1000 Atomic force microscope combined with Magnetic force microscope Atto. Dry 1000 by Attocube systems AG. Contains dry helium-temperature pulse-tube cryostat realizing less than 4 K. Change from room to liquid helium temperatures goes in for 10 hours, sample replacement requires only 1 hour. It has superconducting magnet giving up to 9 Tesla.
MIPT Interdisciplinary Center for Basic Research X-Ray High. Flux Home. Lab The X-Ray High. Flux Home. Lab is a two-port X-ray station that supports protein crystallography as well as scattering for life science and other types of materials. The foundation of this system is a second generation microfocus Cu rotating anode generator with loading power of 1. 2 k. W and brilliance of 31. 2 k. W/mm 2
MIPT Interdisciplinary Center for Basic Research Crystallization Platform The crystallization platform consists of innovative equipment covering needs for crystallization of membrane and soluble proteins from designing experiments to analyzing experimental results. It consists of dispensing robot designed to handle up to 25 n. L of liquid or viscous substances, storage combined with automatic microscope with possibility for Second-Order Nonlinear Optical Imaging of Chiral Crystals and automated FRAPinstrument.
MIPT Interdisciplinary Center for Basic Research Light Nanoscope is a unique equipment for advanced fluorescent microscopy. Excitation wavelengths span the whole visible spectral range and near-UV absorbing fluorophores can be excited in two-photon mode. It enables to perform research with a large variety of modern fluorescent microscopy methods
