The purpose of the National Performance Reserve is to stimulate: • expenditure rate • efficiency direction for expenditure Added-value of the EU funds during the global crisis - the funds themselves and their proper management prevented Poland from the heavy impact of the crisis and economic slowdown in Europe. 21
