MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FOOD AGRICULTURAL, FOREST MACHINERY AND SPARE PARTS TEST CENTRE - ROUSSE Who we are The Centre is a specialized administration unit at the Ministry of Agriculture and Food according to Regulation art. 5 and Law for registration and control of agricultural and forest machinery. The Centre is a legal entity with headquarters in the town of Rouse and is subordinate to the Minister of Agriculture and Food and follows methodical guidance of the Academy for Agricultural Sciences, art. 2 of the structure rules of Centre – Rouse (OJ 86/2000). Machine testing station MIS-Rousse started its business in 1956 (later renamed as a Centre), by testing of agricultural machines in the specified scope: tractors, hoist elevating machines and machines for mountain agriculture, machines for soil-cultivation, harvest and processing of forage, machines for breeding and harvest of wheat-grain and bean crops, machines for breeding and harvest of corn and technical crops, machines, installations and equipment for mechanization of the process in the stock-breeding. From 1993 to 10. 12. 2002 the centre has worked as a Testing laboratory, accredited according to BDS EN 45001. According to this accreditation the Centre may accomplish the testing of: tractors and energy machines with universal and special functions, hoist elevating and agricultural machines and installations, technological complex for grain-, beet-, forage-, mill-production, stock-breeding mountain agriculture, electronic automated systems for control and management in the processes of agriculture, new resources of energy in the agriculture, spare parts and tangles for agricultural machines.

MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FOOD AGRICULTURAL, FOREST MACHINERY AND SPARE PARTS TEST CENTRE - ROUSSE Since 10. 12. 2002 the Testing laboratory of AFTSPTC- Rousse is accredited, according to BDS EN/IEC 17025. According to this certificate the AFTSPTC- Rousse may perform the testing of: tractors, energy machines and self-propelled farmer vehicles; transport and upsurge - transport farmer vehicles; equipment for stockbreeding-farming and poultry-raising-farming on index for safety, technical and energy indexes; transport tractors and their trailers with change in construction, or set up together from person; spare parts for tractors and farmer vehicles on index of safety and technical indexes. Since 15. 08. 2003 the Centre is accredited as Type A Inspection Body according to BDS EN 45004. For the period of 2001 -2003 the Centre took a part in the certification of 15 products of the Executive Agency for “Certification and testing” at the Ministry of Economy. In this way, working together with the specialists from the Agency, the Centre accomplished a training of its evaluators. In 2002 Product Certification Body (PCB) was detached at the Centre according to BDS EN 45011, whose accreditation finished successfully in 2004. For this period PCB has completed independently the certification of 4 products. Today we have modern measuring and computing machinery, as well as highly skilled experts. The functional sections for testing and product certification and for control of parameters of working and environment are reaccredited according to International and European standards - BDS EN ISO/IEC 17025, BDS EN 45011 and BDS EN ISO/IEC 17020. The Centre has scientific status of a scientific council under the methodical leadership of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Sofia.

MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND FOOD AGRICULTURAL, FOREST MACHINERY AND SPARE PARTS TEST CENTRE - ROUSSE The areas in which we work Testing in compliance with Regulations relating to the typeapproval of wheeled agricultural and chain tractors, their trailers and interchangeable towed machinery in reference to certain components and characteristics; Testing for safety of tractors, self-propelled and mounted machines, transport and hoisting-transport machines, as well as static installations for plant-growing and stock-breeding in conformity with the applicable to them standards; Testing for safety according to Regulation 24/ 28. 02. 2006 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (An official gazette 21/2006) in put into market of usable agricultural and forest machinery and spare parts. The following is issued: A result record for testing and check-up, a Certificate for conformity, which goes to the Control-Technical Inspection in Sofia and a Record for technical identification according to requirements of National Service “Police”. The other test prices are formed according to work time and consumption, according point 2 of Tariff № 11 and methodology, approved by Ministry of Agriculture and Food. The prices for accredited teams services are in approbate pricelist, which may be given up to you at any time. The prices for gain qualification courses for work with tractors and machines are formed in real material expenses only, by minimum margin. What you can expect from us?
