Mindo - some basic • • information Mindo is 80 km northwest of Quito, Ecuador Altitude: 3, 600 to 5, 250 ft Subtropical cloud-forest Temperature between 60°F (16°C) and 79°F (26°C) 430 bird species (800 USA & Europe) - over 50 endemic.
