Quality Management vs. Review? A Quality Management entry is the first level review of Quality Management vs. Review? A Quality Management entry is the first level review of any quality event, this is the case write up or first step in a case being referred to Case Review, Peer Reviewor other internal QA process. A Quality Review entry is initiated if the initial entry is found to warrant further review than just trending. Quality Review examples: PSI’s, HAC’s, Unanticipated outcomes such as complications found in data vision. Quality Review Examples: Case Reviews, Peer Reviews, Departmental M&M Review
