Capital Planning & Management 1 MC Tenant Build-Out – Project Scope • Project Delivery Method – Design Build • Project Scope – Primarily Class A Office Space • 1 MC Tenant Build-Out is the build-out of current shell space, Floors 11 – 16 of the existing 1 MC Building. 361, 817 Building Gross Square Feet (BGSF), 281, 264 Departmental Gross Square Feet (DGSF) • This project will provide new office space for occupants currently located in various lease sites as well as growth space for tenants in current MDACC facilities.
