MERLOT TASTING NOTES Colour Intense dark purple colour, an exciting wine. Nose Very fruity, with complex black cherry, cassis, spices and blueberry aromas on the nose. Soft berries and mocha coffee. Palate The palate is beautifully crafted with luscious fruit hung on silky tannins. Excellent persistence to finish. FOOD PAIRING Great with red meats, roasted duck or chicken, pork, pizza, and aged cheese. Beautiful with entrecote and fried fish. Very good now if you try it now but a further maturation will reward.
