Case Study • Sally works in a small to medium sized organization. The work environment was once a positive place to be but lately it has become very negative – almost to the point of becoming toxic. The work environment has impacted Sally to the point that she now questions her self-esteem and her performance is suffering. The toxicity and esteem issues are slowly working their way through the rest of the work place. Mistrust is beginning to rapidly infect the entire work place.
