LAST WEEK UPCOMING EVENTS UPCOMING The NE Florida Science and Engineering Fair is coming LAST WEEK UPCOMING EVENTS UPCOMING The NE Florida Science and Engineering Fair is coming up again February 13 -16. This year it is being held at the FCCJ - Deerwood Campus, 9911 Old Baymeadows Road, Jacksonville, FL 32256. We need lots of volunteers, and Kiwanis had a major presence in the past. People are needed as judges, to help arrange the tables for projects, to guide students and visitors during all four days of activity, scoring and tabulation, and much more. If you want to help our young scientists and engineers, you are invited to sign up. If you will go to http: //www. nefrsef. org/ you will find links for Judges and for Volunteers application forms. Donna Batelaan)-March 2 nd. Charity Golf Tournament This is an annual official visit to each Division. We need Rose Day Sale good representation from the Beaches Club. Garage Sale (2) Kiwanis College (formally Zone Conference) is Sponsored Youth scheduled in Lake City, March 11 th. Last year, 10 Beaches Fletcher Key Club members attended. UNF Circle K Club (3) International Convention, June 28 --July 2 in Montreal, Penman Road Clean Up Canada. Each club can elect 2 primary and 2 alternate Sailor of the Quarter delegates. The last Montreal Convention was great! As Teacher of the Year Award many as possible should plan to attend. Have a good Kiwanis experience, and a great short vacation in Canada.
