We are flexible for both: Containers and RO-RO cargoes Ø Since 2001, the first stage of the new container terminal has been launched into operation and the companies AS Muuga CT and Ferry Terminaali AS have been merged together. Ø In 2010 the container turnover was 2, 325 mln tons of cargo, including 151 thousand TEU of containers. Ø In 2011 it is intended to process 2 mln tons of cargo, including 185 thousand TEU of containers. Ø The program of development, accepted in 2004, will allow the Terminal to increase its throughput to 800 thousand TEU of containers annually by the year 2015. | © MCT 2011 |

| © MCT 2011 | With more than 1 km of own railways, terminal handles 6 -8 container blocktrains to Moscow per month. Apart from that, everyday Muuga CT handles 15 -20 container platforms for other railway projects. The current technical capacity is 2 -3 block-trains per day.

CTQI Certificate Ø Ø CTQI – Container Terminal Quality Indicator, standard developed by Germanischer Lloyd and Global Institute of Logistics together with the main players in container terminal business, such as Maersk, PSA, Hutchison and others. Muuga CT is the first feeder container terminal in world being assessed against CTQI. Muuga CT is the first container terminal on the Baltic sea which received CTQI Certificate.
