Lean Youth Volleyball 14
Substitution Rules - House • • Use “Continuous Substitution” Promotes equal playing time Players on count and bench are one continuous line-up With each clockwise rotation, two players rotate off the court and two players from bench rotate on to the court • Start each subsequent game with players in the same positions as the end of the previous game Net 5 4 3 6 2 7 1 8 9 10 Mc.
