How to Activate • Sign Agreement − $399 activation fee for Free Trial Period (July – December) − At the end of the agreed period, an Annual Marketing Fee is payable based on the number of meeting rooms − Annual Marketing Fee is reduced in half if hotel continues to offer a minimum of 2 live meeting rooms via Worktopia system − If hotel agrees to become part of Meeting Broker or Micros Opera marketing fee is waived − 10% commission on Meeting Room Rental Value ONLY 12
