Step 1 - Pre-reserve your equipment! Once your cruise or vacation is booked, you can call us directly or visit our website (insert your website here) to place your order. You will receive a confirmation via email for your order. Step 2 – Open your stateroom door! SNG offers cabin to cabin service. SNG will leave your equipment in your stateroom on the first day of your cruise. Step 3 – Leave your equipment in your stateroom! SNG will pick up your equipment from your stateroom at the end of the cruise When cruising with Holland America Line in Fort Lauderdale & Seattle, you can pick up your equipment from a Kiosk in the cruise ship terminal.
