Project Minimums • There should be at least 5 EPs working in one organization. More thanProject Minimums • There should be at least 5 EPs working in one organization. More than 5 are welcome. • Same project can we run in multiple number of organizations. • More than 2 EPs from same country cannot work in the same project. • The match and the realization of the EP has to be tracked on the provided tracking tool. • It is compulsory for the EP to take the EP course before arrival. • The EP has to be sent the survey form at the arrival and in the middle of the internship. • It is compulsory for the EPs to make a experience video and fill the experience report by the end of the internship. • Certificate to the EP would be provided to the EPs by the MCVP i. GCDP only after completion of video and experience report. Make a MOV

Work Schedule Time EP Job Roles Expected Results First 2 weeks -EP creates a development pathWork Schedule Time EP Job Roles Expected Results First 2 weeks -EP creates a development path with the participants for the coming years. Eg: 2, 3 and 5 years. -Making participants aware about the continuous need of learning. -Creating a tool. -Creating a vision for the participants for the coming years. -Tools for personal goal settings. -Tools for decision making. -Getting E-learning platforms. Later 2 weeks -EP presents and assists in creating CVs of individuals. -EP stimulates the curiosity of participants about their career plans. -EP puts in the idea of starting a business. -Creation of CVs and other use full applications in English. -Making participants realise the power of WHY. Last 2 weeks -Making participants realize the importance of active job search. -Evaluating business plans. -Teaching the importance of good presentation. -Teaching interview ethics. -Goal setting tools. -Conducting an event related to fictitious job interviews and conducting presentations. -Analysing goal setting tools and making participants realize its importance. -Feedback to participants.
