Medical Simulation Training Centers (MSTC) • Origin VCSA DIRECTIVE – 2005 ONS – 2005 CPD – closed AROC, at JROC • Locations and uses 18 sites around the world; Plans for 18 additional sites; next fielding is Ft. Benning in 2009; Saudi Arabia (FMS) in 2009. • Progression Next MSTC System upgrades are the Medical Training Evaluation and Review (Me. TER) System, and Tetherless Mannequin (TLM).
