Indicators and Goals Responsible Agency: SMED Justification: full attendance of Child and Teenager Statute – CTS, mainly when they are in a vulnerability situation, that is, children in the street, with weak familiar bond and psychoactive substance users. Objective: the program aims at to remove children and teenagers from the streets by reducing vulnerability variables, that are: attractiveness, quality and access to education, familiar structuralizing and approach with the origin community. Concept Why Local Solidary Governance? Local Solidary Governance LOCAL: LSG has a net-oriented perspective Concept Why Local Solidary Governance? Local Solidary Governance LOCAL: LSG has a net-oriented perspective that encompass different sectors and abilities. It is based on the territoriality formed by regions and neighborhoods. SOLIDARY: LSG has as its main line in the cooperation and mutual help between governmental and non-governmental institutions and people that voluntarily decide to take part in this initiative, aiming the accomplishment of common goals. GOVERNANCE: LSG is based on the partnership between government and society. It stimulates social participation, initiative and entrepreneurship of citizens and also induces its coresponsibility in city development.
