What is Local Assistance? The Division of Local Assistance and 12 District Local Assistance What is Local Assistance? The Division of Local Assistance and 12 District Local Assistance Offices assist local agencies in utilizing all available state and federal transportation funds in accordance with state/federal transportation statutes and regulations.
