Milestone of Ledtech Group n n n n 1977 Ledtech Electronics Corp. was established in Taiwan with an initial capital of USD 154, 000. 1982 We obtained an “A” class quality control certificate for factory as awarded by The Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan. 1990 We established “Gelwin Technology Ltd. ” in H. K. with a capital of HKD 1, 000. 1991 We established the “Zhao Qing Ledtech Electronics Corp. ” with a capital of USD 5, 110, 000 in China. 1995 Ledtech Taiwan got ISO 9002 quality assurance. 1996 Ledtech China also got ISO 9002 quality assurance. We established the “Ledtech USA” with a capital of USD 600, 000 in L. A. 1997 Ledtech Taiwan increased the capital to USD 12, 566, 000.

Milestone of Ledtech Group n n n 1998 Ledtech Taiwan got QS 9000 in May. 1999 Ledtech Taiwan increased the capital to USD 18, 000. 2000 China new factory building with floor area of 162, 000 SQ. FT. was completed. Zhao Qing Ledtech Electronics Corp. increased the capital to RMB 36, 650, 000. Ledtech USA increased the capital to USD 1, 800, 000. 2001 Ledtech Taiwan increased the capital to USD 20, 000. Gelwin Technology Ltd. increased the capital to HKD 16, 600, 000. Ledtech Taiwan got ISO 9001 ( 2000 Version ) quality assurance. 2002 Ledtech Group became a public listed company in Taiwan Stock Market on the 2 nd of April. 2003 Ledtech Taiwan increased the capital to USD 20, 500, 000.
