Minnesota E-filing pilot • 20111 TIG grant to Central Minnesota Legal Services • Partners: Minnesota E-filing pilot • 20111 TIG grant to Central Minnesota Legal Services • Partners: MN Legal Services Coalition, Hennepin County Self Help Center • Goals: To develop an e-filing interface for SRLs that will enable those filing for Domestic Violence protection and Civil Harassment to create the forms and then e-file them via LHI. • The two forms will be automated and modified to allow for e-filing with the court’s e-filing vendor system. • The pilot will be limited to two forms and to users of the self help center in Hennepin County.
