Labour discipline and material responsibility • Workers and employees are obliged to work honestly , to observe discipline , to execute administration orders in time and precisely, to increase labor productivity, to observe technological discipline, requirements for labor protection, safety measures and sanitation.
Labour discipline and material responsibility • For committing a discipline offense the employer has the right to apply the following types of disciplinary punishments: 1) remark; 2) reprimand; 3) strict reprimand; 4) cancellation of the employment contract at the initiative of the employer in the cases established by the labor Code. Application of the disciplinary punishments which haven't been provided by the Labour Code and other laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan isn't allowed.
2. Material responsibility. • The liability of workers and employees is limited to the extent of direct valid material damage. • Responsibility cases in a full extent of damage: • 1) the written contract on acceptance for full liability is signed between the worker and the employer. • 2) the full liability for the harm caused to the employer at execution of labor duties is assigned to the worker. • 3) the property and other values were received on receipt, according to the single power of attorney or other documents • 4) Harm is done by the worker who was in a condition of alcoholic or narcotic intoxication. • 5) harm is caused by shortage, deliberate destruction or damage of materials.
