Key details l l l Structured programme that lasts between 12 to 36 months Based on a project of strategic importance Graduates (Associates) are recruited and employed by the University of Wolverhampton but based, full-time, at a specified partner location Academic support is provided for two days per month Grant includes a training, equipment and travel budget Preparation time required to compile initial outline, then the main application

Shorter Knowledge Transfer Partnerships l l l l Pilot supporting 37 projects running in West Midlands 10 to 40 weeks programme Aims to address short-term tactical issues Can act as a stepping-stone for organisations who have not worked with a University before Can stand alone, lead in, work in parallel with or follow on from a Classic KTP 60% subsidy for first time SMEs - 40% for non-SMEs Full cost =£ 950 per week, SMEs pay £ 380 per week
