Registration February 23 – February 27 • 9: 30 -11: 30 & 1 -2: Registration February 23 – February 27 • 9: 30 -11: 30 & 1 -2: 30 • To pick up a packet you will need proof of residency (DL, utility bill –with name on it) • Packets need to be returned on or before Feb 23

Communicable Diseases • A Doctor’s note is required when your child has been absent Communicable Diseases • A Doctor’s note is required when your child has been absent with such diseases as Strep Throat, Scarlet Fever, Conjunctivitis, etc. If you have any questions, please keep in touch with me. • Absences are medically excused with a signed doctor’s note for attendance purposes (not a written parent note).

You will be notified at the beginning of the year regarding food restrictions in the classroom.
