The present Requirements for the form and content to valuation report are developed on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About valuating activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan" with the use of the international standards of an assessment and establishes requirements to form and content to valuation report, information used in the valuation report, and also to the description in valuation report, applied methodology and calculations. The valuation report contains of: Inspection act of object of valuation (date, full name and signature); Information characterizing object of valuation; The short description of applied approaches and methods on the basis of which calculations of cost are made according to valuation standards. Sheets of valuation report, except title, are numbered page by page, filed by appraisers; The report made by the appraiser, is signed by him and is certified it by the personal press; The report of the legal entity, is approved by the head of the legal entity and certified by the press. According to the requirement of the customer, the valuation report can be executed and transferred to the customer in electronic form: The appraiser has the sent report in electronic base of reports on a hard disk and the copy on a laser disk; The report is transferred in a format allowing to protect the report from changes in it, except the author; Requirements for the form and content of the valuation report
There should be hemmed files with data on an email address of the sender of the report with a copy on paper in archive; In case the customer needs to deliver the report on the electronic carrier, the electronic report can be provided only if the appraiser has a electronic signature, thus the version of the report has to be stored in archive of the appraiser on paper with the visa that the report is accepted by the customer. The title contains: 1) the name of the report; 2) the number of the report; 3) the date of the report; 4) the name and location of the facility; 5) the date of the assessment; 6) the number and date of the contract on evaluation; 7) the full name of customer, its location, bank details; 8) the full name of appraiser, its location, bank details; 10) stamped name and signature of the person approving the report.
