Kazakhstan is the subject of modern international law. 1. Foreign policy of the state and world community. • On December 16, 1991 Kazakhstan from the semi-dependent republic became the sovereign independent state. The international right subjectivity, ability to have the rights and to carry out duties of the international character originates from this day. For the period which has passed since December, 1991 of RK found real lines, attributes of independence. RK established diplomatic relations with many countries. It is easy to establish diplomatic relations but to open the representations embassies is a difficult business.
1. Foreign policy of the state and world community. • A number of the foreign states opened their embassies in the RK capital. In turn our embassies are in Turkey, China, the USA, France, Iran, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and other countries. • Having become the independent state, Kazakhstan started developing the foreign policy. The foreign policy of RK is developing so that its implementation can provide to Kazakhstan, its people a worthy place in the world community.
2. Bodies carrying out foreign functions. • Bodies carrying out foreign functions are the interstate and foreign bodies which are carrying out the purposes and tasks of foreign policy of RK. • Interstate general political bodies of the foreign relations are: Parliament, president, government, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. • Foreign bodies of the foreign relations of Kazakhstan are subdivided into constants – embassies and temporary – delegations.
