Benefits of new scheme l The new pathway allows easier access onto the CI 2 course. l To become a 4* Leader you now do 7 courses instead of 8 or 9. l The new scheme allows a participant to predominantly stay within a chosen discipline. l The pathway past (CI 1) negates the need to obtain a second 3* award. l Logistically it’s easier for both the individual and JSMTC. l Possibly a better CI 2!
