Work Scope Programs • Repairs – Units are received and inspected for Data plate information & any shipping damage. – Units are tagged, processed and issued a traveler & work orders. – Units are tested and inspected by trained technicians. – Units are financially quoted unless a flat rate price structure is applicable. – Unit quotes are approved by customer. – Units are Repaired, Assembled and Tested by trained technicians & inspectors. – Units are tagged with an 8130 -6 and marked Repaired or a Suitable air agency airworthiness certificate. – Units are properly packaged and shipped to customers locations. • Overhauls – Units are received and inspected for Data plate information & any shipping damage. – Units are tagged, processed and issued a traveler & work orders. – Units are tested and inspected by trained technicians. – Units are financially quoted unless a flat rate price structure is applicable. – Unit quotes are approved by customer. – Units are Overhauled to higher standards, Assembled and Tested by trained technicians & inspectors. – Units are tagged with an 8130 -6 and marked Overhauled or a Suitable air agency airworthiness certificate. – Units are properly packaged and shipped to customers locations.

Flat Rate Price Programs are available to Customers. A Flat Rate program works as follows: • A particular work scope is designed to match the required maintenance program for your unit. • An Example: Unit will have the following parts replaced as required by the program, Track Pins, Track Guides, Plastic Shrouds, Common Hardware, Placards and Paint. All other parts not included in the Flat Rate Program and or Structural Parts will be identified and quoted as an over and above the flat rate program Price Structure. • This program offers most Customers pricing stability and predictable cost.
