Ø I Lyadov was bom in 1926 in the village Fence, now Krasnokamsk regeon. . He finished the primary school. Then he worked as a locksmith.
Ø He entered the Red Army in November, 1943 in Krasnokamst military department. He fough in the army till December 1944 in the thirtheenth separete heave tank Umansky regiment of the fist Ukrainian front. Officer I. Lyadev took part in the liberation of Polland.
