ISO/TC 230 Titel Procedures and methods to assess people in work and organizational settings
ISO/TC 230 Scope (1) This Standard contains requirements and guidance for procedures and methods used in the assessment of people for work-related purposes. Accordingly, the Standard covers: (1) The choice, integration, implementation and evaluation of Assessment instruments and procedures; (2) The interpretation of Assessment results and subsequent reports; and (3) The required Competence and Professionalism of people taking part in the assessment process.
ISO/TC 230 Scope (2) The Standard also describes methods and procedures that may be carried out for one or more of the following workrelated purposes made by or affecting individuals, groups or organizations, including, but not limited to: (1) Personnel/organizational decisions (e. g. , recruitment, selection, development, appraisal, (2) Promotion, outplacement, succession planning and reassignment); and (3) Vocational decisions, (e. g. , coaching, guidance, vocational rehabilitation and counselling).
