Social Housing Investment • 2004 to 2008, Local Authority Central Heating Programme • Central Heating to 25, 100 homes, • 2009 to 2012, Local Authority Voids Retrofitting Programme • Improved 7, 762 dwellings to target BER of C 1. • Released housing stock which was not available due to poor condition.
