The research on wireless sensor networks o In this project, we researched a new heterogeneous network model with energy and monitored objects heterogeneity. And then, we put forward an energy-efficient prediction clustering algorithm (EEPCA). o We have achieved the opening project of state key laboratory of net working and switching technology “the research on communications management and data transfer protocol for large-scale heterogeneous sensor networks”

The main contributions of EEPCA o The probability for nodes to become cluster heads is directly related to energy factor and communication cost factor. All nodes in the networks take turns as cluster heads to achieve uniform energy consumption. o In order to save energy consumed by broadcasting energy information in each round of nodes clustering, an energy predication model is established for nodes whose data collection is of regularity in time interval and message length.
The main contributions of FPAD o We also focus on heterogeneous delay tolerant mobile sensor networks. o We proposed a data gathering algorithm-FPAD applies to HDTMSN (heterogeneous delay tolerant mobile sensor networks) composed by different nodes monitoring different objects.

The main contributions of FPAD o FPAD calculates nodes transmitting and forwarding probability and then forwards messages according to nodes energy consumption and message transmission delay. o FPAD proposes message queue management mechanism based on the current delay tolerance of the message.
Recent research o Now we are concerned with energy hole problem. We proposed a nonuniform node distribution clustering algorithm to effectively avoid the energy hole. o We divides the network into rings and cluster is limited within the ring.
Recent research o Furthermore, we introduce density control mechanism, active nodes are generated by election. Those nodes that fail are put into hibernating state to save energy. o By this way, we can balance the nodes’ energy consumption and decrease the dead speed of the nodes. o In future, we will research energy hole problem in multi-sinks networks.

Plug - and - play platform based on Mobile environments o o o Mobile Peer module (MIDP endpoint)、Relay Agent and Aggregation point for other that require the use plug and play middleware for mobile environment. Relay Agent module and MIDP endpoint module interactive each other. With the relay agent is an entity, the MIDP endpoint access to P 2 P networks. At the same time, access to P 2 P networks for the MIDP endpoint, it must also be loaded MIDP protocol entities, which communicate with the relay agent. This constitutes a network structure shown above.
Plug - and - play platform based on Mobile environments o The middleware includes a side protocol, MIDP endpoints and relay agent communication protocol, the unity message format and meaning of shielding the underlying hardware. o Using P 2 P ideological, research and design services automatically search protocol, so that nearby mobile devices can spontaneously form dynamic network environment, and automatically publishing and search services;
MIDP endpoints protocol o MIDP endpoints protocol as a relay proxy client protocol can be summarized as the following three parts: o 1、MIDP endpoint of communication to achieve: Connection with the relay agent that like using the form of connection with http, upload / download the binary message which must be in line with the command. 2、 How to realizing the message format of MIDP port’s send/receive? We handle all the MIDP port’s data to a format of similar to XML. For MIDP development, we need only to use the unified format can program. 3、 We must make all the MIDP port’s P 2 P commands format be unified, and encapsulate all the P 2 P commands into different message, according to the format. At the same time, The system transfer the request of MIDP object to relay proxy, and get the answer message. o o
B. Relay Proxy and MIDP’s Communication o Figure illustrates the structure of relay proxy.

Relay Proxy and MIDP’s Communication o 1、 The communication of A 1 and A 3, on the basis of the same proxy o A saves A 1’s and A 3’s pipe ID, after A 1 and A 3 create input pipe on proxy A. when A 1 send message to A 3, proxy A will search its pipe list. And proxy A will send message to A 3, according to remaining mark of A 3, if A 1’s communication aim pipe is included in A’s proxy scope. (illustrating in Fig. 3’s solid arrows)
B. Relay Proxy and MIDP’s Communication o 2、 The communication of A 2 and B 1, on the basis of the different proxy o As mentioned earlier, when A 2 sends message to B 1’s input pipe, the message is sent to A 2’s proxy A firstly. Because A’s input pipe list have not included B 1’s input pipe, proxy A will start the process of searching B 1 input pipe. If A is ensure the existence of B 1, A will create a pipe to B 1, and send the message to B 1. Proxy B receives the message input channels, it will use its own binding list of the input pipe, transmit message to all the MIDP port. A typical example is B 1. (Illustrating in Fig. 3’s dashed arrows)

Introduction of Wo Cloud The application relies on network service, users can use it to upload or synchronize data between the client and cloud server. Users can put their files, music, videos, contacts and so on, which are on their i. Phones, in the Wo Cloud, or by synchronization make sure that all those files and information are the latest. In addition, users can listen their music or watch their videos directly over the cloud, and do cloud computer access and operations.
