Introduction Nowadays it’s very common to hear different chats about fashion, new gadjets, politics and everything else except health, sport or healthy lifestyle. Unfortunately, facts and statistics tell us more information about passive reaction of people when we conducted our research. The 5 components of general fitness are: 1)Speed 2)Strength 3)Stamina 4)Somatotype (size) 5)Supleness (flexibility)
The methodology Interviews were done with different people in the Central parks of Shymkent. There were from 15 to 60. The methodology is based on verbal communication with respondents by asking their opinions .The main issues which were covered by the questionnaire are about human health.
Conclusion The aim of our project was to show the effect of healthy lifestyle and to prove that your health is in your own hands. Every day regular exercising, healthy food consumption, healthy sleeping for 6-8 hours it’s not that much to do to be active, full of energy positive person.
