How does it work? Wattsaver consists of 4 main parts: n An Infrared Sensor. n An ocupancy Indicator. n n A Magnetic Switch for windows or doors. A Control Unit. 3

Infrared Sensor It detects the minimum movement of guests even while sleeping. n Multiple sensors may be used with each Control Unit to cover large areas such as suites or apartments. 4

Magnetic Switch n It detects when a window or balcony door is open and signals the Control Unit to turn OFF the A/C while this condition exists. 5

Occupancy Indicator A green, red or yellow “LED” installed at the room entrance door indicates: 6

How does it works? n n As soon as the guest enters the room, the A/C and lights turn ON If they were left ON before exiting the room. 22

How does it works? n As the guest leaves the room, the infrared sensor looks to see if there is another guest inside, n if not, the system turns OFF the A/C and 10 minutes later it turns OFF the lights. 23

Rooms with high relative humidity n n In cases where relative humidity and mold are a problem, the system can be programmed to have the A/C intermittently ON and OFF. Example: 15 minutes ON 45 minutes OFF ¡ That is a 75% SAVING ! 24
