Castle Schönborn. Transcarpathia
In the past, Hunting Shenborn castle, and in our day sanatorium "Karpaty" is one of the most beautiful monuments of Ukraine. The Palace has been preserved in excellent condition.
Being the most striking example of the palatial building of Transcarpathia, this castle was built in 1890 as a country residence by the famous Austrian aristocratic family's castles.
Picturesque landscapes of these edges is literally at first sight conquered castles, and it was decided to build a stone castle in the romantic style. He is among the most beautiful castles in Eastern Europe.
In this castle all imbued with some special, hidden meaning here: 365 Windows - the number of days in a year, 52 rooms - the number of weeks and 12 inputs - the number of months.
Adjacent to the castle area occupies about 20 hectares of land. Surrounded by unique gardens-arboretum, broken in the middle of the nineteenth century.
